Quando ocorrem, especialmente as de segundo e terceiro grau, a cirurgia pl\u00e1stica \u00e9 indicada para reparar a perda est\u00e9tica ou altera\u00e7\u00f5es na regi\u00e3o, podendo ser utilizada tanto na fase aguda do tratamento como para a ameniza\u00e7\u00e3o de sequelas.<\/p><p>Duas t\u00e9cnicas que podem ser usadas nesse procedimento s\u00e3o: enxerto, que consiste em utilizar finas fatias de pele extra\u00eddas do paciente (autoenxertos), ou de outra pessoa (aloenxerto ou homoenxerto), para aplicar na regi\u00e3o queimada; ou o retalho, mais comum em queimaduras de terceiro grau, pois, nele, h\u00e1 transfer\u00eancia do tecido irrigado por art\u00e9rias para a \u00e1rea acometida, a fim de restabelecer as funcionalidades da \u00e1rea de pele destru\u00edda pela queimadura.<\/p><p>Os cuidados p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3rios s\u00e3o essenciais e incluem manter a regi\u00e3o im\u00f3vel para evitar sangramentos e favorecer a integra\u00e7\u00e3o dos enxertos, dieta hiperproteica para favorecer a cicatriza\u00e7\u00e3o, manter as les\u00f5es sempre limpas, usar corretamente os curativos para favorecer a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e integridade da nova pele, e uso de malhas compressivas para evitar a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de cicatrizes hipertr\u00f3ficas e queloides.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Queimaduras A cirurgia pl\u00e1stica tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 uma grande aliada para a reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s queimaduras.
